It should be official shortly for the Xiaomi 12T Pro, which might be the Redmi K50 Ultra’s global variant. The RAM and internal storage of the phone were just made public when it was posted on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), an American regulatory organization similar to Anatel.
The FCC has recorded the Xiaomi 12T Pro under the serial number 22081212UG. The phone will come in three configurations, similar to the Redmi K50 Ultra in China: 8GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage, 8GB of RAM with 256GB of storage, and 12GB of RAM with 256GB of internal space.
The certificate states that a Dual SIM mobile phone supports Dual Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, 4G LTE, and 5G on the connections side. The model will work with 5G NSA (n5, n7, n66, n38, n41, and n78) and 5G SA networks, it is important to note (n5, n7, n66, n38, n41 and n77).
According to reports, the Chinese Redmi K50 Ultra will be rebranded as the Xiaomi 12T Pro and receive sporadic upgrades. Both devices use the high-end Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 CPU from Qualcomm and the MIUI 13 Android 12.x-based user interface.
The device should have a 6.67-inch Full HD+ OLED screen, a biometric sensor hidden behind the display, and HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support. The international version display, however, is required to have a refresh rate of 144 Hz rather than 120 Hz.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro should be Xiaomi’s first phone with a 200 MP main camera, replacing the 108 MP sensor on the Redmi K50 Ultra. While the front camera must feature a 20 MP sensor, the rear set can still be made up of an 8 MP ultrawide sensor and a 2 MP macro unit.
The phone should have a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh in accordance with the norm for premium handsets. Additionally, the model supports up to 120W of quick charging.
